Farsightedness (Hyperopia)

If only distant objects appear clearly

Either your eyeball is too short or the curvature of the cornea is too flat. The light rays meet at a point outside the eyeball behind the retina. Closer objects appear blurred to you.

Treatment: The curvature of your cornea is made steeper through the laser treatment: the refractive power is strengthened. This moves the focal point of light rays directly to your retina.
